SHIPPING INFORMATION

Products are delivered throughout Italy but also abroad.
Your order can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc. – not a PO Box). We usually ship within 24 hours for most items and around 72 hours for specific items. Shipping times are clearly advertised at the time of purchase. Shipping times are usually 2-3 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS
As per usual, shipments include express service, transport costs, shipment tracking and signature upon delivery to ensure the condition of the goods.

We offer free shipping on select products and paid shipping on other product categories. After you place an order, you will be contacted and informed of the shipping price.

Returns

To return your product, you must ship the product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
